When all the parts are in, start to solder all parts on there place. I didn't get the PCB's with the SMD's on it, so I had to do this myself. This is quite a thing to do,...I looked on the internet what is the best way to do it, and first got some practice with it, before starting to put all the little parts on the boards. I user a iron with a small point, very small ! And 0.7 mm soldering. Also a magnifying glass with a lot of light and a extra magnifying segment in the glass.  It works, but it is not an ideal situation. If you can avoid it, do that.
